Prep & aftercare

Correct prep and healing make a real difference to how your results settle and last. Please review the notes for your service before and after your visit.

Scalp Micropigmentation

Before your session

  • Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before your appointment.
  • Skip caffeine the day of your procedure if you can.
  • Avoid blood-thinning medication such as aspirin or ibuprofen unless prescribed by your doctor.
  • Avoid excessive sun exposure or sunburn on the scalp.
  • Arrive with a clean scalp, free of lotions and oils.

After your session

  • Keep the area dry and avoid heavy sweating for the first few days.
  • Avoid swimming, saunas and direct sun while healing.
  • Don't pick or scratch as the pigment settles.
  • Follow the personalized aftercare we give you between sessions for the best density.

Permanent Makeup (Brows, Lip & Cheek)

Before your appointment

  • Avoid alcohol and caffeine for 24 hours beforehand.
  • Avoid blood thinners (aspirin/ibuprofen) unless medically required.
  • Come with clean skin and no makeup on the area.
  • Let us know about any retinoids, recent facials or skin treatments.

During healing (about 10–14 days)

  • Avoid makeup over the area, heavy sweat, pools, saunas and direct sun.
  • Keep the area clean and apply any ointment exactly as directed.
  • Don't pick or rub as it flakes and the color softens.
  • Plan for your perfecting touch-up (brows 6–10 weeks, lips 8–12 weeks, cheeks 6–10 weeks).

Lash Extensions

Before your appointment

  • Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes.
  • Avoid oil-based eye products beforehand.
  • If filling a set from another salon, we'll assess it first.

Caring for your lashes

  • Cleanse lashes gently and regularly with a lash-safe cleanser.
  • Avoid oil-heavy products around the eyes.
  • Book fills every 2–3 weeks to maintain fullness.
  • If retention drops too low, a new full set may be recommended instead of a fill.
