Scalp Micropigmentation
Is SMP permanent?
Scalp micropigmentation is long-lasting — most clients enjoy results for around 4–6 years before a maintenance touch-up is recommended. It fades gradually and naturally over time.
How many sessions will I need?
Most clients need 2–3 sessions to build full density and a natural, dimensional result. We map this out for you at your consultation.
Does it hurt?
Most clients describe it as very tolerable. Comfort varies by person and area, and we take steps to keep you comfortable throughout.
Can SMP cover transplant or surgical scars?
Yes — targeted SMP can soften and camouflage FUT/FUE transplant scars and many scalp scars. We assess suitability at consultation.
Permanent Makeup (Brows, Lip & Cheek)
How long does permanent makeup last?
Brows typically last 1–3 years, lip blush around 2–3 years, and cheek blush around 1–3 years, depending on skin type and lifestyle. A periodic refresh keeps it looking its best.
Will I need a touch-up?
Yes — a perfecting touch-up is part of the process. Brows are usually perfected 6–10 weeks after the first session, lip blush around 8–12 weeks, and cheek blush around 6–10 weeks.
What styles of brows do you offer?
Powder/ombre, nano hair-stroke, and combo brows. At your consultation we map a shape and choose the technique that best suits your features and skin.
Can you correct old or faded brow tattoos?
Often yes — corrections and cover-ups are possible but depend on the existing work. A consultation is required first.
Lashes & Brows
How often do I need lash fills?
Most clients come in every 2–3 weeks to keep their set looking full. A minimum amount of lash retention is needed for a fill — if too many have shed, a new full set may be recommended.
Can you fill lashes done at another salon?
We can assess them first — depending on the condition and products used, we may fill them or suggest a fresh set.
What is a lash lift?
A lash lift curls and lifts your natural lashes for a longer-looking, wide-eyed effect — no extensions required.
Japanese Head Spa
What happens during a head spa?
A scalp assessment, deep cleanse and exfoliation, detoxifying treatment, steam, and a relaxing scalp, neck and shoulder massage finished with a nourishing mask.
How often should I come?
For buildup, dryness or oil balance, many clients come every 3–4 weeks. Otherwise it makes a wonderful occasional reset.
Waxing
How should I prepare for waxing?
Hair should be about a quarter-inch long for best results. Avoid heavy lotions on the area beforehand, and let us know about any retinoids or sensitive-skin concerns.
Booking & Visit
Can I book more than one service at once?
Yes! Add several services to your cart and check out together — you can book multiple appointments in a single visit.
How do I reschedule or cancel?
Just reply to your confirmation email or give us a call and we will take care of it.
Do you require a deposit?
Some services require a deposit to reserve your time. If so, it is noted during booking and applied to your service.
