We keep this simple: we only collect what we need to serve you, we don't sell your data, and we don't run hidden trackers.

What we collect

Booking details — when you book, we collect your name, email, phone number, the services you choose, your appointment time, and any notes you add.
Contact messages — if you use the contact form, we collect your name, email, optional phone, and your message.
We do not ask for or store payment-card details on this website.

To schedule, confirm, and remind you about your appointments.
To reply to your questions.
We send booking confirmations and reminders by email and (if enabled) text message. Standard message rates may apply to texts.

We do not use advertising trackers, analytics pixels, session-recording, or social media tracking.
Fonts are served from our own server — no third-party font requests.
Your shopping "cart" of services is kept only in your browser (session storage) and is cleared when you finish.
A single first-party cookie is used only when staff log in to the private admin area.
The map on our Contact page is a static image hosted on our own server, so viewing it sends no data to any third party. Only if you click it to get directions does it open Google Maps in a new tab, where Google's privacy policy then applies.

We do not sell or rent your information.
We use service providers only to operate the site — our web host (for email delivery) and, if SMS reminders are enabled, our text-message provider — and only to deliver the messages you'd expect.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop sending reminders, at any time.
California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
